Quality Assurance

Quality of product and of customer service is fundamental to the company’s objectives. The company sources only quality components and materials, manufactures to established and approved processes and achieves third party test verification on finished products. ISO 9001 Quality Systems are implemented and the company supports its activities by information lead web sites and trained and experienced sales staff forge relationships with its many and varied customers to achieve high levels of customer service.


As a company policy to ensure customer confidence RPP products undergo third party certification. Furthermore the manufacturing processes have been awarded ISO9001:2015 Quality System by the British Standards Institute for its design, manufacture and supply of electrical wiring accessories.

Case Study – Garran Lockers

The PDUs were integrated into the side of each locker. This facilitated access to each set of connections for each individual user. A further compartment at the bottom provided access to an RCBO acting as the master switch but with additional overload and RCD protection.

The units are manufactured from mild steel with integral sloping tops – dimensions being 200/2100mm high x 300mm wide x 300mm deep. All the locker doors & bodies were perforated to allow any heat that is generated to disperse. A CS canister holder was also added to the rear of each door.
